Production Worker

Location: Woburn Ma
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday 4am-5am
Pay: staring pay $21 an hour 

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution team. This position is responsible for preparing workstations, packaging products, fulfilling customer orders, maintaining a clean work environment, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production workstations and materials for daily operations.
• Wrap, pack, label, and prepare products according to quality and safety standards.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment following company procedures.
• Dispose of waste materials properly.
• Assemble boxes and prepare packaging materials for shipments.
• Assist with receiving incoming products and verifying inventory.
• Restock products in warehouse, freezer, or storage areas as needed.
• Load, unload, and organize materials safely.
• Follow all company safety, food safety, and quality procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or food processing experience preferred.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus (training may be provided).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated or cold environments.
• Ability to safely use warehouse equipment and tools.
